My new book is published!

A few months ago I received a very exciting mail send by the lovely Séverine Gallardo from Edition Marguerite Waknine, a french publishing house specialized in contemporary art. They were interested in publishing a book about my art work. I can’t say enough how happy and honored I feel. It was a very interesting process of collecting and choosing the suitable work. After all these weeks of preparations, here it is: A beautiful new handsome book! You can check their site for more details and look around to see their other exciting books!

Artist I like: a visit to Margit seland studio

Last weekend I visited the studio of the very talented artist Margit seland. She is a ceramic designer working also with textile. She produce small series in limited edition for galleries and museum-shops. Her studio is inspiring as much as her work. Just have a look at this amazing vase-lamp she made from a found plastic bowl, the text-cut cookies or her mood broad….I didn’t know where to look first…. What an inspiration! … and very nice woman as well…;-) (the pictures of the fruit bowl, the porcelain set and the felt bag in the college are taking from her site the rest taken by me)
