I’m very excited to have a workshop inspired by my art-work at Atelier Oosterbosch. The idea and initiation was all in the hands of the amazing Anita Oosterbosch. We are going to make a collage and then translate it to a beautiful textile-art-work. looking forward…:-) Two last things: Check this great “the art cake“ art site runs by very lovely Christi! and this amazing summer days here make me so damn happy… 🙂 Some pictures I’ve took at the last workshop
This time of a year it’s all about celebrations, but for us it’s a double party. One birthday of my beloved husband and one of my dear daughter are both celebrated with four days difference from each other, so we are talking about some intensive productions here…:-) The birthday of my daughter was all about comics and winter. As a proud member of the hand made nation, naturally we did it all ourselves. The invitations where beautiful hand-drawn (with lots of snowmen and penguins…) and the envelopes we made from an old comic-book. The marshmallow snowman’s were also a huge success. We made two kinds of activities: one was a short workshop we did on the birthday party and during the second one we used sticks inside cups and gave these to her class mates. And lastly you can see the preferred way of eating them…;-) More Pics will come soon with a small surprise…:-)
